TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully so that we can create magic together that will leave you thoroughly satisfied, HOHOHO~

-Please provide accurate information in the commission form (attached below).-Commission should be made a minimum of
12 DAYS PRIOR to the required date.
Any last-minute orders will incur an ADDITIONAL CHARGES.-We follow a first-come, first-served system.-Be clear and specific about the
ART STYLLE or COLOUR THEME.
Do attach picture/drawings for referencing.-Only SMALL ALTERATIONS
(such as size, opacity, placement, or font)
are allowed after payment.
EXTRA FEES will be charged for other MAJOR CHANGES.-Only JPEG and PNG formats will be provided.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be applied for AI/PSD/PDF formats.-The commissioned work is NOT ALLOWED
to be GIVEN or SOLD to THIRD PARTY.-The commissioner CAN USE the drawing for other purposes
not specified in the form, but they MUST NOTIFY beforehand.-The final drawings will include the artist's and (optionally) commissioner's WATERMARKS. Please DO NOT REMOVE them upon receipt.

PAYMENT

-Payments are CALCULATED and ACCEPTED only in USD.-FULL PAYMENT must be made after the FINAL DRAFT is FINALISED.-If any additional charges are applied, the final drawing will only be provided AFTER the remaining payment has been COMPLETED.-All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once the drawing has STARTED.-The payment method is only through PAYPAL & WISE.
For payments made through PayPal, a 6% transaction fee will be applied.-If there are any issues with the payment method, please NOTIFY in advance.-Please note that the prices for PERSONAL USE and COMMERCIAL USE are DIFFERENT.-The drawings can be adjusted according to the budget listed.

Working Process

1. Contact Petite and fill in the commission form.
2.Submit the commission form along with reference and idea images to @petite_m0i (IG/X)
3.Drafts will be provided for discussion and feedback.
4. Finalize the draft and make the full payment.
5. A completion date will be provided for receiving the finished drawings.
6. Files will be sent via email as a Google Drive link.

Please note that the prices listed above are for basic quotations,
including basic colour and shading.

The price for commission drawings is based on the following checklist:

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Additional charges would be applied as following:
1) Last minute commissions.
2) Major alteration after final drawing.
3) AI/PSD/PDF formats.
4) Exporting drawing by separate layers.
5.Copyright fee for commercial use.
